Exam, X-rays, and health history confirm you’re a candidate, and your replacement teeth are planned before anything is placed.

Implant placement
The titanium post is placed in the jawbone. For the next three to six months it fuses with the bone beneath the gums — you can wear a temporary tooth and eat a soft diet during this time.

Healing collar & impressions
Once the implant is solid, it’s uncovered and a small healing collar shapes the gum. Impressions are taken and posts or attachments are connected.

Final teeth
Your custom crown, bridge, or denture is secured to the implant. Start to finish usually takes six to eight months, with little disruption to daily life.
